ABOUT THIS PROJECT //

The design for this property was all about creating fun spaces for adults and kids alike. The kids' kingdom on one end of the backyard features a large play area and structure. The other end offers a patio for casual seating and grown-up entertaining. The large lawn in between is a shared amenity space for all dwellers of the home - kids, adults and pets.

Other elements in this design include integrated trailer parking and access. These was achieved through regrading of certain areas and providing adequate drainage solutions to mitigate runoff damages from the newly installed hardscape surfaces.
